I had an outstanding experience at the resort, with exceptional service from the Max Assistants who truly went above and beyond for my stay. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, adding to the overall comfort. Dining was impressive with diverse culinary offerings, and I absolutely loved the beautiful private beach. However, while everything was mostly great, one could argue the multiple pools, although nice, felt a little crowded at times.
